  • Replaced original arched French doors to exterior;
  • Restored original Spanish wrought iron interior gates;

Family Room – 1,000+ sq. ft. of open family space, opening to back grass yard

  • Installed new travertine floor tiles throughout (formerly exposed concrete);
  • Installed second kitchen area with sink, under-counter refrigerator and dishwasher, for outside dining;
  • Installed new custom fireplace surrounds and mantels in original Spanish style;
  • Five new pairs of custom Spanish doors (aka, French doors), opening to outside;
